Pricing
Priced per computer, by the industries you run.
All amounts in Australian dollars. Ocean Meridian Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added and what you see is what you pay.
One industry
A practice operating in financial planning, or in Elders Insurance — one or the other.
$2,500 first year
then $1,100 a year to renew
- One computer, one user
- Every feature in the program
- Unlimited clients, suppliers and statements
- Statement parser updates through the year
- Email support
Two industries
A practice running both financial planning and Elders Insurance on the one machine.
$4,000 first year
then $2,000 a year to renew
- One computer, one user
- Both industries on the one licence
- Every feature in the program
- Unlimited clients, suppliers and statements
- Statement parser updates through the year
- Email support
“Industries” means lines of business, not companies. The tiers count how many licensed industries your installation is set up for — financial planning, Elders Insurance, or both. If you run several companies or trusts but all of them are financial planning, that is a one-industry licence.
Ordering
Why we ask you to install it first
A licence key is tied to the computer it will run on, and we cannot generate one until we know which computer that is. So the order runs in this sequence, and it is short.
- Install the trial Thirty days, everything working, on your own statements.
- Find your machine ID
Open IncomeSync and go to Licence. It shows a short code that looks
like
INC-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It identifies the computer, not you, and it contains nothing about your business or your clients. - Ask us for an invoice Email us your business name, that machine ID, and which industries you are licensing — the three things needed to mint the key. We send an invoice back. Invoicing is the only way to buy at the moment; there is no card checkout on this site yet.
- Your key arrives by email Usually the same business day. Paste it into the Licence screen and you are done. No account, no activation, no internet needed to use it.
Payment is by invoice, not by card. We do not take card payments on this site, and we never see or hold your card details at any point. Payment details are on the invoice. There is no payment code, no script and no tracking anywhere on this website — the same promise the program itself is built on.
What the 30 days give you
Every download includes a 30-day trial of the complete program. Not a demo, not a sample dataset, not a feature-limited edition — the software, running on your own statements, on your own machine, because your data never has to leave it for us to be comfortable with that.
There is no card, no account and no sign-up. If the 30 days pass and you have not bought a licence, new imports stop and everything you have already imported stays viewable, reportable and exportable.
What happens when a licence expires
You are reminded well before the date. If it lapses anyway, the program stops importing new statements. It does not stop you opening it, looking at your data, running reports, or exporting everything to Excel.
We will not lock a firm out of its own records to collect a renewal. That is a decision built into the software, not a courtesy we extend case by case.
Questions we get asked about the price
Why is the first year higher than the renewal?
The first year covers getting your installation actually working on your suppliers' statement formats, which is the part that takes real effort. The renewal covers keeping it working: suppliers change their statement layouts, and a parser that is not maintained quietly stops reading them properly.
What does a second computer cost?
Ask us. Licences are per machine, and pricing for additional machines in the same firm has not been finalised. We would rather quote you than publish a number we have not thought through.
What if we add the second industry partway through a year?
Ask us. We can issue a replacement key covering both industries, dated to your existing expiry, so your renewal date does not move. The charge for doing that is worked out with you rather than set by a rule on this page.
Is there GST on this?
Not currently. Ocean Meridian Pty Ltd is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged and what we issue is a regular invoice rather than a tax invoice. If that changes we will say so here before it affects a price.
Do you do refunds?
The 30-day trial exists so you can find out before you pay. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply regardless of anything written here or in the licence terms.
